MOMENTUM 2026 will hold its fourth full session at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design on August 5-6, 2026. Sessions will run from 8 am to 5 pm on both days, with optional networking and cultural events on the evenings of August 4 and 5. The 2026 topic is EXPANDING CHOICES FOR BOARD MODELS, with the objective of generating a set of deeply considered alternatives to common or traditional non-profit board structures.

After registration, participants will receive updates on pre-read materials and invitations to provide information to the central information pool. Materials and ideas generated in Minneapolis will be assembled and passed forward to all 2026 MOMENTUM Attendees. All materials generated from the entire MOMENTUM series will be provided to all participants from the entire summer and all share in collective rights to activate any of those materials and ideas, with crediting to MOMENTUM and MOMENTUM participants as reasonable.
